Senator Adams moved that the Senate rescind its previous action in failing to adopt Amendment No. 3. The question being: "Shall the Senate rescind its previous action in failing to adopt Amendment No. 3?" Senator Duncan moved that the Senate rescind its previous action in failing to adopt Amendment No. 1. Senator Halford objected. The question being: "Shall the Senate rescind its previous action in failing to adopt Amendment No. 1?"
